Growler Update: Olympic Peninsula WAR TRAINING – It’s not over Yet By Cynthia Dilling, Lopez Island
The Navy’s efforts to place a microwave war training area over the Olympic Peninsula continue. Peter Goldmark is our only WA State elected official who has stood up and said NO. We need to let him know he has wide support for his position. Please take a moment -as soon as possible – and email him (addresses below).

Evidently Peter Goldmark the DNR Commissioner is under a lot of pressure from the Dept. of Defense to change his mind. It would help if he knew he had support from the local communities. Could you send out the message asking your contacts to let Peter Goldmark know we appreciate his decision
and the protection of our homeland?

STOPPING THE NAVY ANYWHERE IN OUR REGION HELPS US ALL
Dear Commissioner Goldmark:
Thank you so much for your courageous stand to protect the Olympic Peninsula from becoming an Electronic Warfare Range. You have our support!
